Day Mold Remediator & Assessor
(LIVE ONLINE) 1-Day Mold Remediator & Assessor License Exam Review + 2 State License Exams (Assessor AND Remediator) + FREE Online Training Materials
with Gary Rosen
This 1-day training and state licensing exam are integrated for Mold Assessor and Remediator. Free online review materials with 1-day classroom for both exam review and a combined single state license licensing exam for both assessor and remediator.
Assessors need to understand about remediation because they are writing remediation protocols.
Remediators need to understand about assessment because they are often doing remediation without a prior assessment, especially water damage contractors.
It’s $500 for the certificate for 1 license application (Assessor OR Remediator). $1000 for certificates for BOTH license applications.
Water damage contractors generally get both licenses so they can bill for both the mold assessment and the mold remediation.
If you don't think you can do both, guess again! We explain in detail in our course.
Exam is open book, but we don’t mean that literally, as there are no books to buy. You can reference materials during the exam. But DO NOT think you can pass by looking up all the questions. That’s a sure way to fail -- you will run out of time!
BRING A WIFI-ENABLED LAPTOP, TABLET OR iPAD TO THE CLASS AS YOU WILL NEED IT TO TAKE THE ONLINE EXAM.
When you sign up, you will receive a separate e-mail with a link to the free online review materials.
BE SURE TO REVIEW THE ONLINE REVIEW MATERIALS PRIOR TO THE CLASS. We have an extremely high pass rate for people that do! Online materials are designed to also provide 14 hours CE credits, so they are not a huge time commitment. When you do our online training and pass our exam, that’s all you need in addition to your state application/experience to get your license. And you get 14 hours of free CE credits to boot.
FLORIDA STATE REQUIREMENTS: 4 years related work experience and NO particular higher education just a HS diploma. OR 1 year related work experience and an AA degree or higher, in pretty much any of the sciences.
